How does delivery work?
We ship with SF Express for most of our deliveries. You can expect your package to arrive within 7 to 10 business days or ordering.
If your order doesn’t arrive within 15 business days, pleases contact us so we can follow it up with SF Express and/or our 3rd party partners. You can send us an email or drop us a WhatsApp. Just head to our Contact Page.
You can track your order through;
- Your tracking email that we send once its in the post.
- Your accounts page when you log in.

Do you have a return policy or Guarantees?
We sure do!
Whoops Guarantee*
If the collar doesn’t fit your dog when it arrives, you’ have five days after delivery to contact us and send it back.
We’ll change the collar to one size up or one size down and get it back out to you.
50 Day ‘I can’t believe that happened’ Guarantee#
If anything is going to break, its always in the first 10 Days
We’re so confident in our collars that if anything happens in the first 50 days, contact us and we'll replace the collar for free.

*Whoops Guarantee - We will change the size of your collar that you purchased one (1) time only to either one (1) size up or one (1) size down. To be eligible for the "Whoops Guarantee" you need to contact us either by Whatsapp (+1 (310) 878-2077) or Email (Sales@SamandDot.com) within Five (5) Days of the package arriving at your place of delivery according to our shipping system. How to return the collar will be explained if needed. The Collar must be still 'new' and not worn, dirtied, washed or stained to be eligible for the Whoops Guarantee.
# 50 Day ‘I can’t believe that happened’ Guarantee” - If the collar should break (either Material or buckle due to natural wear and tear) we will replace the collar after returning the collar back to us for inspection. To be eligible for the "50 Day ‘I can’t believe that happened’ Guarantee" you need to contact us either by Whatsapp (+1 (310) 878-2077) or Email (Sales@SamandDot.com) within Fifty (50) Days of the package arriving at your place of delivery. How to return the collar will be explained if needed. The Collar must be returned to be eligible for the Guarantee. Wear and tear does not extend to misuse.
