Engraving
We engrave into the buckle the name of the dog and the contact number (should they get lost). We use a laser engraver to do the engraving which makes for a high contrast permanent finish that wont fade or rub off! It's lasered in!
Nothing! It's included in the price.
On each product page there will be a space to add the dogs name and the contact number you want to engrave on the collar. You'll need to add in these details before you can click "Add To Cart"

We're really sorry, we can't accept external collars or buckles to engrave. Our Laser Engraver is set to work with the metal of the Sam & Dot Collars.
Absolutely! not a problem, however, you should know that Sam isn't great in other languages. But, what she does do is copy and paste what you put in the "Name Field" into her lazer machine so all you need to do is double check to make sure its correct before you hit submit because she can't double check herself.
Caring For Your Sam & Dot Collars (& Leashes)
100%! What we recomend you do is pop the collar into a sports sock and tie it off with a rubber band and then throw it into the Washing Machine. That way it will protect the inside of your machine from the buckle, and also save your buckle from the machine.

NO! Please dont pop them into the Washing Machine as they wont come out the way they went in. Please wash the flowers or the bowties by hand in hot soapy water and then leave out to dry.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship with SF Express & HK Post through their Speedy Post for most of our deliveries in Hong Kong. You can expect your package to arrive within 7 to 10 business days. If your order doesn’t arrive within 15 business days, pleases contact us so we can follow it up with Hong Kong post. You can send us an email or drop us a WhatsApp.
It depends on what product you purchase and/or where you ship too. If you're up for shipping costs, it will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order is in the post, you're going to to get a shipping confirmation email that will have the details on how to track your order. Something to keep in mind, that sometimes it takes Hong Kong Post 24 hours to update their tracking details, so don't worry if you're an eager beaver and hit the tracking button right away and it shows an Error. It's just a Hong Kong Post thing.
HK post tell us your order should be with you in 5 to 7 Days, but sometimes it can take a little longer around the holidays and festivals. SF Express will be with you within 2 days If your order doesn’t arrive within 15 business days, pleases contact us so we can follow it up with Hong Kong post. You can send us an email or drop us a WhatsApp. Please note: Once we pop your collar into the post, it's over to Hong Kong Post at that point int time. We total get that delays are frustrating, trust us, Dottie and 6pm waiting for dinner is restless...so we hear you! We can try to contact HKP on your behalf but also sometimes, they use different providers that we can't control.
Of course you can, just as long as your order hasn't already shipped. Just send us an email and we'll get that updated right away for you. Please note: - We can only ship to the address that you provide when you place your order. If you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we're unable to retrieve it so please be careful when entering your address.

Sam and Dot live in Hong Kong after the need to make sure they didn't get lost! Please note that we don't have a retail store and we don't hold stock at the business address. Having said that, you can find us most months at the Discovery Bay Markets in DB, Hong Kong.
